Hall Rental

Calendar is Subject to Change

The hall has a capacity for 140 people.

Hall rental rate is $175.00 per hour.

Setup and Breakdown is $75 per hour 

Cleaning Charge is $125 

We do not allow cooking by outside parties on the premises. Outside catering is allowed, however the food must be prepared elsewhere.

Items Provided by AFC for an event: 

• Ice 
• Coffee/ Hot Water for Tea 
• 8 Foot Rectangle Tables and Chairs- Seats 8 people per table 
• White Plastic Table covering provided for you to cover tables (if you want to use your own covering that is OK) 

Other Information regarding Hall Rentals: 

• Ablility to use freezer and refrigerator 
• Ability to use oven to keep food hot 
• No Alcohol Allowed 
• All guests need to be out of the hall by 10:00 pm
